Markdown Tables 1.3

Markdown Tables 1.3 contains some improvements to the generated Markdown.

Previously a Markdown table where the second column was right aligned would have been exported similar to:

| Column 1 | Column 2 | Column 3 |
| -------- | -------: | -------- |
| Apple | Pear | Banana |

In the latest update you’ll get a better sense of column alignment when looking at the Markdown as the text will be aligned in the export:

| Column 1 | Column 2 | Column 3 |
| -------- | -------: | -------- |
| Apple | Pear | Banana |

Another minor improvement in this release is that the alignment of the column headings in the editor will match that of the data.
